At its core, Reading Is Fundamental of Southern California is about inspiring the joy of reading in children. Unfortunately, countless children in under-served communities lack the books and reading tools essential to literacy development. RIF works tirelessly to support children in these communities by providing reading tools and new, donated books for kids to begin their love of reading, start their own home libraries, and have the opportunity to achieve their full potential through learning, fun, and discovery.
There are many ways that people who support the blossoming of children’s literature can support this great cause. Authors and publishers, for example, can donate new books to RIF’s extensive “libraries” where kids can choose a book of their very own to start their home libraries with.
The Culbertson Kingdom Literary Universe, Culbertson Kingdom, LLC, and The Crisanta Knight Series are proud to support the RIF mission. Assorted books from these collections are now available at the library sponsored by Reading Is Fundamental of Southern California. We’re excited to continue building our relationship with RIF in the future. Thank you to Executive Director Carol K.
